7408 Compo Wipe Lymtech

Descrizione del materiale:
Compo Wipe is a composite of super absorbent cellulose thermally
bonded to two outer layers of tough abrasion
resistant polypropylene. This combination of polypropylene and
cellulose has a unique synergistic effect. The
polypropylene has excellent wicking properties, yet holds very
little liquid. Consequently, the outer layers remain
fairly dry while the inner cellulose holds the bulk of the liquid.
Because of these properties, Compo Wipe 7408 is
very effective when using acids. Compo Wipe 7408 is also very
strong, durable, and low in particulate and
chemical extractables.

Blended Poly-Cotton Wipe

Extreme Clean PINNACLE is a unique blend of cotton and polyester
tightly woven in a twill pattern that, like 100% cotton TJ,
effectively traps contamination. Unlike traditional cotton,
XC PINNACLE is stronger and cleaner, testing lower in releasable
particles, lower in extractable ions, and non-volatile residues.
XC-PINNACLE is “Lymanized”, a proprietary cleaning treatment
that insures the ultimate in cleanliness and quality. It is
thermally stable, static dissipative, and more durable than
standard
cotton whether used in sheets of strips. It is processed at
neutral pH without any starch or binders, and is virtually
chemically
pure.

Heavy Duty Nonwoven Cleanroom Wiper

Descrizione del materiale:
This nonwoven hydrospun fabric is a blend of polyester and
super-absorbent cellulose. XC Peak is produced
without the use of binders, starches or thermal bonding, providing
a high-strength fabric that is low in extractable
ions, and relatively free of non-volatile residues. The aggressive
embossed twill pattern enhances the cleaning
capability of the wiper with “peaks” to loosen and gather
contaminants and “valleys” to trap and hold particulates.
The heavy weight of XC Peak increases its sorbency improving
its ability to wipe clean and dry. Class 100
compatible.

environment. The canister is made to be noncontaminating and
is easily transportable. The top is designed to be
opened effortlessly with the gloved hand, yet preserves the
remaining product.
The wiper fabric is a blend of polyester and cellulose hydroentangled
to provide a fabric of high strength without the
use of binders, starches, or thermal bonding techniques. The
wiper represents the state of the art technology in
absorbent nonwoven structures.
The wipers are presaturated with a blend of 96% IPA and 4% deionized
water. This ratio of solvents best for
aggressive cleaning. This blend also dries without leaving a
residue. These solvents are filtered to remove all
particles to a level of 0.2m and meet all SEMI specifications
for ions and contaminants.
Lym-Sat is the economical choice for all critical cleaning applications.
Solvent use is optimized, without the safety
problems of solvent storage, use, and disposal. Lym-Sat is perfect
for general cleaning, maintenance, wipe-down,
final inspection, and field service use.
